Here’s how we do that:

• We NEVER use subcontractors for our installations—only well-trained, handpicked employees.
• Before we even begin to work on your bathroom, we have a THOROUGH checklist we go through to make sure we know the exact measurements for everything. We know precisely where the shower niche will go and where the grab bars will be put up before we start the installation process.
• Before we leave, we ALWAYS have the customer inspect the job we did. If they notice something that’s not to their liking (no matter how small), we fix it on the spot.

Punctuality Is Not Optional

Contractors (and phone companies) seem to have their own set of rules when it comes to time. 1 hour is usually 2, 3, or even 4 hours. One day can easily be a week.

Not us.

We set a 1-hour window for our arrival—and we always show up WITHIN THAT HOUR. We speak the same language as you. We typically let our customers know to expect us between 8 and 9 in the morning, and—to their pleasant surprise—we’re ALWAYS there at that time.

Our Quotes Are NOT Subject To Change

We have a clause in our work order that our quotes are unshakable and the price will only change if we come across unforeseen circumstances—like, if we tear out your shower and we discover that the entire floor underneath is rotted.

We’ve used that clause TWICE in our company’s 16 years. And those are the ONLY times our quotes were different from the final price the customer paid.

Occasionally, we’ll come across something minorly unexpected and we’ll just include it in the original quote. Your trust is more important to us than making that extra buck.
